I had an excellent experience touring the property with Ninive! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She took the time to walk me through everything, answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire tour. If I could give this a negative review I would instantly but ghetto is a better choice for explaining this “place called home” more like an unsupervised trap house. I had an issue with a leaky ceiling est July 2026 filed a report hoping it’s a next day fix, turns out to be a 34 day wait recently found a hole below the toilet. Had problems with loud neighbors (something the old management never tolerated because of the thin walls) that’s been going on for 4-5 months and you’d think it’d be at a reasonable volume or timing but... read more
Rude, unprofessional , lack of communication Not willing to take feedback. Very smug and rude and arrogant. Not a Ppl person. When scheduling an appointment, they do not confirm they just schedule it without following back up with the person interest and you don’t hear anything like see you at 10 o’clock . this place is ran on professionally and run by immature, arrogant rude management. I’ve never seen such an offer situation until now. avoid yourself a headache don’t rent here.

The new manager Ninive is so helpful and resourceful. As a Spanish speaker she's been a huge help, the reason why I renewed my lease.
