The new manager Ninive is so helpful and resourceful. As a Spanish speaker she's been a huge help, the reason why I renewed my lease.
My wife and I had such a pleasant time touring Lamplighter - Ninive, the property manager - was incredibly patient as we worked through our questions and walked both a 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartment. For anyone thinking of touring, just go ahead and book a time. The staff here clearly care about the property and being helpful - will be applying!
This is a terrible place to live. The new management is never around, and it takes weeks to get anything repaired. I’ve had a leaking ceiling for 9 months they just “patch it up” and it happens again & again, mice running through the apartment playing tag!!! and roaches everywhere, EVEN outside the apartment building !!!! The lack of maintenance and communication is unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and do not move here. I have so many pictures and videos from different time periods!!
