Terrible about returning calls. You have to leave messages with a third party and I've waited for weeks without a return call. They expect you to sell your home before you can be approved or get a place because they need to see all your assets up front. So you have to move elsewhere and break a lease there to be eligible to move in right away. Waited 5 years on wIt list and now can't get anyone to return calls. Very unprofessional. Also heard rent now is $1,300+.

Lamplighter Senior living does not care about their residents. The phone number that is listed online goes to a third party phone answering company. I've been calling this leasing office for the last week trying to get support. If you want to have your senior living in a caring community where personell are attentive to their needs - do NOT allow your mother or father to reside here. Very disappointed with the level of service received or lack thereof.

My grandma moved in here a year and a half ago after waiting 4 years on the waiting list. The apartment itself and the complex is so nice! She has a handicap apartment so there’s no ledge on the shower to step over. They offer a smaller microwave that’s on the counter instead of the large one that’s above the stove so it’s easier to reach. It’s very spacious. She really likes the lay out.
