Like another unfortunate resident stated..if it were possible to give a negative rating I would. The management cares nothing about the residents. Between the noise from cars (music and exhaust)..not to mention the dirt bikes and quads that will rip past your house all hours of the day and night. Kids steal from your property. Teenagers like to scare off the little kids who dare try to use the playground. Nothing and I do mean nothing gets handled..unless the park is trying to fine you for something. If I could give minus stars I would!! This place has gone so much downhill that it stinks I can't get out of the park because nobody wants to buy trailer. First of all the music. On any given weekend you will have someone playing Spanish music so loud that you can hear it 2 blocks away. Then when they are done playing someone else will play it. This neighborhood is a slum. I have been physically assaulted too many times. twice in 1 minute last Friday by a stupid person who used his motorcycle to try and run me over. no action by management to correct anything problems this community. police are useless on private property.
the park needs to be upgraded nd there's a dirt & rocks pile over where the sewage. nobody can't have nothing outside their house.
bad place to live. in that last monts many resident be affected by bad smells like a shiet and steal in the property. the othwr thik is there no security. the administration do nothings
Stop the crime, fix the pool so people can actually use it. The amenities are a joke. Answer the phone once in a while, and listen to the residents. And get ACTUAL maintenance men who work instead of just riding around on the golf carts.
They rent to garbage that are loud and dirty along with drug dealers that police visit regularly. $600 a month in lot rent for water turned off all the time for broken pipes that need replaced not fixed to no securty with free range of people come and go. fence around park has spots missing and run down to a pool we can only use when management is in WHEN IN!!.. Can go on and on.. it's horrible here..
horrible place to live staff dont care abouy residents only looking good for new buyers . cops are a weekly atteaction and the dock is accessed by crossing thru tire ruts and swampy land . stay away
