I love my apartment and I just renewed my lease for another year. The staff is super friendly here and very easy to get along with. Dave (maintenance) cares a lot about the tenants and he does an amazing job in getting things done. Every few months they have brunches and/or music in the clubroom and rooftop area. It's great for meeting your neighbors. They also have a fitness area, pool table, shuffleboard, and golf simulator room. I would definitely recommend Lamphouse Apartments to anyone interested in living in Waunakee.
Dave is the type of individual that gives one hope for humanity… always helpful, thoughtful, kind, and professional.

Lamphouse has been a great home for me for almost 2 years. Dave (maintenance) and Andrew (leasing) are both wonderful to work with and have great communication for any issues, thoughts, ideas, or concerns. The staff works hard to plan fun outings for residents and ways to connect. They are also genuinely kind and care about the well-being of residents.
