Lamphouse has been a great home for me for almost 2 years. Dave (maintenance) and Andrew (leasing) are both wonderful to work with and have great communication for any issues, thoughts, ideas, or concerns. The staff works hard to plan fun outings for residents and ways to connect. They are also genuinely kind and care about the well-being of residents. Golfing Simulator !
Ill start with the positives. Management is good, the complex has fun events, its built well so its not paper thin walls and good location. Now, for why i give it 2 stars. The amount of loud dogs and loud humans outside is absolutely ridiculous. If you enjoy your windows open when its warm out, be prepared to be irritated constantly. Lots of dogs that their owners just let them bark for an excessive amount of time. Im unsure if the owners of the dogs thinks its cute to let them bark for 5-15mins or has been even longer once.... read more

Staying at Lamphouse was a wonderful experience! Alittle expensive, but well worth it!
