I received a text message asking me to call the surgery to discuss my blood results. I’ve called four times but haven’t been able to get an appointment or even a pre-appointment. It’s extremely frustrating that no matter how early I call, I can’t secure a slot. I’m still experiencing heart-related issues and urgently need to see a doctor. This situation feels unacceptable.
4 weeks for an appointment unless you ring up every morning at 8.30 and fight your corner to see a GP. I need a life saving Epi pen and was told next appointment would be 4 weeks unless I am desperate to call and fight for an emergency appointment. Shocking. Mixed information with reception telling you to use the E consult on their website, I think its more of a fobbing off tactic because it is a total waste of time, they just tell you to call and make an appointment after filling out loads of information. NHS at its best.
I was with this practice for 5 years, and I cannot find fault in any way, from the doctors to the receptionists, I felt I was in the best of care, listened to, and I appreciated everything they did for me, now I have left the area I just hope I can find as good a medical practice as the one in Lampeter
abolute joke!!! worst doctrs ever can never get through to make an appontment and when you do its to late waste of space hope you shut down
