Daniel was a very nice guy and got the drain cleaned and working in no time. He also cleaned up after himself and he was very friendly. I really liked him and will call Lampert Plumbing again when I need a plumber and I will request Daniel to come out. He is a real expert!
Lampert Plumbing were responsive and did quality work. They repaired our water distribution system and gave us a whole house filter. They came fast when a pipe burst and flooded our basement and fixed it quick! I am very happy and have been a repeat customer.
Very bad experience. I was wary about paying $149 service fee just for becoming a customer. And I should have ended it there. But they said they had service same day and it sounded good. Then James had to cancel. And we rescheduled to Friday. Then something came up for me and I had to reschedule. Sunday at 10 am was available, but when James came he immediately said it would be $320 just to get started. Figuring it was going to take a few hours I thought that was reasonable. Highly recommend Lampert Plumbing. They have great customer service and are very responsive. We've used them for detecting and repairing an under slab leak and were impressed with their service.
Terrible company. The plumber who came did not fix our issue, instead he removed a pipe that was necessary to our plumbing (after telling us the pipe wasn’t being used for anything) causing more water to drain into our basement. He charged an exorbitant amount for doing unnecessary work and causing us more problems. The company took our first call when we complained about the service, put us on hold during that call to text the plumber - who then texted us trying to have us not go to the company to fix the issue.
