Called over a week and a half ago talked to sales they got my e mail and would get right on it no response called twice still no response very disappointed in customer service I owned a business but at least I would respond you lost my business
Emailed a list of items on Dec 4 after discussing with sales. Checked in on 15th , clarified a question he had and was told he would "get right on it". Here we are on the 22nd and no call backs or emails.....
