They fixed the problem (a damaged capacitor) efficiently but it would have been wonderful if they had have told me about the delay in coming.
Our central air unit was cycling irregularly, which had been an issue a couple of years ago as well. This time, the technician quickly identified a faulty capacitor and replaced it within 30 minutes, which resolved the problem more efficiently than our previous experience.
Fixed the issue quickly and efficiently.
Compared to another quote I received, the cost here was more reasonable and the technician efficiently dismantled the A/C system in just under two hours without leaving a mess. He also took the time to explain that the unit's compressor was beyond repair, which matched what I had suspected.
After dealing with a less than satisfactory installation by another company last year, I decided to write a review because this technician clearly knew what he was doing, identifying and correcting the poor airflow issue in just under two hours. He also took the time to explain how the ventilated ceiling system works, which helped me understand why our previous setup was causing problems.
