I used the dryer duct cleaning paying $300 since they gave the same day appointment on 04/21. But the technician cleaned the wrong vent and said that was the right one. No lints came out of that vent. Only later when I saw the video of previous cleaning, I saw it was a wrong vent that technician cleaned. Called them 4 or 5 times. Looks now they are very busy and still did not get this fixed. I will wait for 2 more weeks before I take it to NJ consumer affairs. What a waste of time

They did a great job cleaning my air ducts and even provided me with some helpful tips to maintain good air quality in my home. Great experience start to finish. The technician on the phone were very polite and worked very hard to work in our quick timeframe. They were very nice and on time. Good communication from start to finish. This company was twice the cost of another estimate we received but the quick turnaround and great service made it worth while. Good job!!! Thank you!!!
