I am so glad I opened up an account with Lampco. Very kind and good people working there. Mrs. Barbara Jackson is so kind and knowledgeable. I want to thank her for making me feel comfortable and putting me at ease. Not a lot of banking, credit unions and lending institutions do that anymore. I just want to thank her, especially for caring for all.

I have had nothing but positive encounters. They were a bank that would let me get an account with my bad history of banking they gave me a chance. They are always very nice, & I was able to get someone on phone also.

Why is it when you call and try and talk to someone you can never get ahold of anyone, everyones phone goes to message then you gotta wait till they decide they are gonna call you back, why do I have to wait till it's convenient for them?? This is every single time you call I spent yesterday all day trying to get ahold of someone starting at 9am I did manage to get to talk to a couple people finally in the afternoon but it seemed as they was put out about my concerns, I am not happy at all I tried contacting a manager which... read more
