The below opinion is from dec 2016 during the probate meeting for my aunt: The tactics I saw employed today: 80 plus degree office, the "I can only meet with a few of you because my office is small excuse'" which compensated for the fact that they were unprepared for the meeting. Effectively separating the group that came to the meeting. It was very methodical on their part to set the room up in their favor.
