Fast, friendly, expert service! I had two lamps and two shades with the wrong hardware for the base, so they sat for months because trying to figure out how to convert them was confusing! In less time than it took me to drive to Lamp & Shade shop, they were converted to the right fitting and other adjustments were made that I didn’t even realize they needed. They were all so friendly, too! I’m so happy I finally brought them in.
