I called on Monday they were out on Wednesday to look at my heaters, I'm not great with names but the guy that showed up was very professional, polite and took time to answer my questions. He was here and gone in no time. I will definitely use them again and when I install a new heater. I definitely recommend this company.
Excellent customer service. My AC went out on a Thursday morning, called them that afternoon and Kevin made sure I didn’t go through the weekend without AC. Stayed late on a Friday night to get the job done. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely call Lamp Lighters when I have any issue they can solve in the future.
No matter the job, we’ve always gotten an estimated time on the schedule and someone showing up when they say. We’ve enjoyed working with this team on all our projects and look forward to working with them in the future!
