The people here are very rude and very unprofessional answering the phones and very disrespectful and something needs to be done!!!!
The lunch provided and the people volunteering were superb! Staff not so much. I was led to a reception area and quickly told they only help people who are homeless (which is me tomorrow) then scolded for coming in the wrong door. Talk about kicking someone when they are down! Nice!
Great place if u needed help
Stopped off to deliver some items.We were donating. A great bunch of staff and the people who stay there jumped right in to help unload. If you're going to donate anywhere, i suggest here.
