i've seen this store deteriorate over the years, i would say mostly from their clerks. besides not being mostly friendly, some of them routinely bother viewing customers in the booths/preview rooms by asking them to unlock the doors for what looks like a rude optical inspection. dude, we go there to relax and enjoy. the worst among them is the new bald black guy in graveyard shift. this place is not going anywhere but down. bye, bye....i recommend not to visit this bookstore. waste of time, waste of money.
