I give them a zero. I ordered the top $35 pedicure. I didn't get my toenails cut down, my cuticles pushed back, nor the foot massage that was supposed to come with it. After 3 days, my nail polish was coming off. A week later, half the polish is completely gone. Nails, even worse experience. They still had 1.5 hours before close. I took my 12 year old daughter here today for a Mani-Pedi. The service was so rushed that they didn't give my daughter the standard flip flops that are normal after a Pedi. The employee then put one sandal on my daughter's foot & when she messed up the polish had the nerve to get upset! She then did my daughter's Mani while she was sitting in the Pedi chair!!
