ZERO stars should be an option. I took my 8 yr old daughter for her first mani/pedi as well as myself for the same treatment. I saw Susie. She started on my mani and within less than 5 minutes it was a horrible disaster. She pulled my cuticles from my thumb (on the first hand she had started working on) grabbed ahold of a big piece of skin and pulled. See photos for reference.
