I've been to L'amour several times over the years and have always had good experiences, but my recent session with Tai was on another level. I booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage and it ended up being the best massage I've ever received. Upon researching I saw the company's facebook post reccomend Brian for firm deep tissue massage! I decided to give massage thearpy a second try as my first time at another place didn't meet expectations. Easily beat expectations anf wont look elsewhere. I feel so much better! Freindly staff at the front desk, Good location, Great Massage.
Out of touch with customer service. mediocre massages due to lack of educated workers. Would not recommend to people who are actually going to get their money worth but if your looking for ditsy and slow minded service this is your place
Very happy with my deep tissue massage from Michelle. She listened to what I needed, worked out a lot of tension, and I felt immediate relief afterward.
I was very upset that I just scheduled an appointment and then my sitter can’t make it so I called to rescheduled it within 30mins. Since it was same day changed they charged me for 50%. Even that I rescheduled, still charged me 50%. They will not accommodate with you and won’t let go with charges policy no matter just mins ago you scheduled and requesting to change right away. It was very sad because they are not flexible at all. So my recommendation is only book if you are certain and planned out everything.
