when I first started coming to your shop I was happy with the service. I started to be dissatisfied when your friend started doing my nails. It seems that the shop is only interested in getting as much money as they can and not customer satisfaction. The last straw for me was when I came in last time and the owner and her friend started talking in their language looking directly at me about a missed appointment I had.
