Dr. Orr is amazing, and we have been seeing him for the past 3 years since we moved to Walnut Creek. Today, my husband called to schedule his yearly appointment for a new prescription, and the next available appointment was not until August 2026. Considering today is only May 19th, I found that extremely unreasonable. Unfortunately, the staff was also not very kind or understanding about the situation.
