Absolute 5 star experience with Lamorinda Construction and Consulting! Planning, demo, design, build - ALL stages of our guest house and studio construction were handled with a high level of communication and attention to detail. Kari and Lance are absolute pros in the industry. Their crew is skilled and professional. Any questions we had, or changes we made along the way were addressed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any job.
I recently moved into a long-neglected wing of an otherwise beautiful house. We needed to re-envision its layout and interior to create an up-to-date ADU for me. I can't say enough wonderful things about lamorinda. I have worked with them on many projects and they are so organized and thoughtful. They always think things through completely, have excellent communication and truly care about their clients and those working along side them. Lastly, their quality of work is truly top notch! They don't ever cut corners and do things the RIGHT WAY. Working in homes on large projects takes care and skill... Both of which they have copious amounts of!

I hired Lamorinda Construction and Consulting to build a detached ADU and add a new master bedroom and bathroom suite onto my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They met the timeline they originally estimated, which I know is not always easy with projects of this size.
