Worst experience ever. Who calls a grieving pet parent at 2 am to get authorization to charge more on the card? They knew there was no chance for recovery and charged us anyway. Sick sick people. Don’t trust this place. Every touch point was horrible. They hung up on me twice and the first person laughed at my grief before hanging up
