Devi was amazing made our shopping experience sooo great!! She was super helpful, kind and we had just such a great overall shopping experience. My mom and I ended up finding two dresses for a gala we were attending last minute thanks to Devi! She gave us styling advice and went above and beyond. We just had the pleasure of working with Devi at L’Amore Bridal for a Grad/Prom dress. She was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable of the inventory in the store (and let me tell you they have a massive selection!) We had been to other bridal salons, but had not had success finding “the one”. Devi listened to my daughter explain what she liked and didn’t like in the previous dresses she tried on. Honestly wish I could give 0 stars this was a horrible experience and I would not recommend or ever come back. We showed up about 20 minutes early because we were excited, we had an appointment of course and since this was the first place we just wanted to feel special and look around to see what they had. Mother of the bride and aunt were yelled at 3x to not touch the dresses when we were literally just sitting in the entrance by the aisle looking. Wonderful experience with Devi!! Was grad dress browsing and she squeezed me in the day I called. Her customer service was beyond perfect and she genuinely cared about helping me find my dress. I loved the selection and overall experience. Amazing vibe. I left very happy..and with my dress!
