If you are going to use Lamonica's request "Jimmy", he always delivers. He is dependable, diagnoses the issue quick and gets everything running without unnecessary delays. He's saved us more than once when we've had equipment down. Great service at a fair price for our current times - highly recommend! I'd rate this 5 stars, but I've had a couple of the other techs come out from Lamonica's and they weren't on par with "Jimmy". We plan to ask for him every time.
Scot was awesome in helping me fix my ice machine and providing valuable maintenance on my oven, before the busy holidays start in a couple months. I appreciate all the knowledge he provided and now I’m confident with this upcoming busy holiday season. Keep up the great work Scot!
