I came in to get the battery in my watch changed, and Thomas informed me that it was unserviceable due to corrosion. However he showed me a Citizen watch that I really liked, and made sure everything fit perfectly before I left. First time customer, and I'll be coming back again! Excellent customer service. I'm very happy with my purchase, and I'm recommending them to everyone.
