My transmission in my car was bad but still under warranty. They immediately put me into one of there vehicles so I wouldn't be without. The transmission was on back order so they ended up having to get me a rental car from Hertz in Burlington. They did everything possible to make sure I was good during this horrible time. I appreciate everything they did.

I made my appointment online and even called to confirm ahead of time. When I arrived, the dealership did not have me in their system, but Charlie still fit me in. They took care of 2 recalls I was not aware of and let me know of other improvements my truck needed before doing them. Very professional just wish I lived a little closer.
