They were so helpful and comforting in the initial days following our car accident, when I was terrified to even speak to the insurance company out of concern that they would twist my words. Today, I contacted the office for information and was connected with Mr. Van Eman. He was very polite and exceptionally informative. Even though my situation exceeds the allowable time limit for a legal remedy, Mr. Van Eman listened and offered an easy to understand explanation and helpful suggestions. I hope I would never need his services, but I would not hesitate to contact him if I did.
