I had the same issue with the first review. I called a had a great first experience where the technician came within 24 hrs. This starts on Monday. Then it went downhill. He told me he can most likely do it the same week Thur Friday. So foolishly I gave him 150 deposit for the parts he needed. Don’t do this! I recieved fast service. The technician was thorough and tested all spins of my washer. He provided honest service! I will surely use again!

I tried them a week ago, and I was satisfied. They were professional and put their customers first. On time, nice and efficient and offered an affordable price. I would hire this place again and recommend to my friends and family.

This repair place scheduled an appointment and charged me $75. They called an hour before the appointment and canceled, because they don't have a technician. Maybe they shouldn't have scheduled the appointment and taken my money if they didn't have a tech. 🤷‍ Now it's too late to do same day service elsewhere, I have a washer full of water, and I'm out $75 that's apparently voided but is still missing from my bank account. 🤔
