I regret to say that my experience with Laminate Master has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite initially assuring me of a professional service, the reality fell far short of expectations. After completing the flooring installation at my property, Laminate Master left two outstanding issues unresolved. Despite promises to rectify these issues, they have failed to do so. Avoid this company! Our new floor started lifting only after a few weeks. Steve the owner/fitter failed to turn up several times, then without seeing it told us it was due to damp and we would need to pay to sort it. Turned out he had glued the floor down in places causing it to lift. We were then told Steve was in prison, leaving his wife Laura to run the business, who again said we needed to pay to sort the floor as she couldn’t afford to.
