Very unprofessional experience. The gentleman you have answering the phones needs training of some type or needs to be terminated. I called and asked to speak to Sharon to order some wall plaques. This gentleman thought it was a cold call and hung up the phone without asking why I was calling at all. When I called back, he made a sexual reference about Sharon and hung up again.
