4/23/26’ had a delivery appt for 9:30am. Dry Van trailer,checked in 7:05am,with other 2 drivers,he started on me first and I wss empty by 8am,the unloader said he is by himself until 8am.then there will be more unloaders.
Extremely disappointing experience. The waiting time here is absolutely unacceptable. You end up waiting far longer than you should, while the staff clearly show no sense of urgency or respect for customers’ time. The line barely moves, and there is zero organization. No one explains the delay, no updates, no apologies — just complete disregard for people standing there. What makes it even worse is that the staff don’t even try to improve the situation.
