Was completely ignored by the person working. No greeting. Never spoke to me. I needed probiotics couldn't find them. I said it out loud atleast 3 times. Wasn't asked if they could help. Never going back. It was as if I didn't exist. The person just played on the computer ignoring me. Could have been a simple sale as I guarantee they have probiotics but I didn't matter.
Walked in and the lady at the front counter never bothered to look up from the computer. Walked through the store and even mentioned to my spouse I couldn't find something and the lady working didnt even look up. You would think a specialty store like this would at least greet people when they walked in or at least ask if they needed help. Felt like we were invisible. No wonder the store was empty. Not going back and suggest you dont bother wasting your time going in either. Time of visit: Sunday July 12, 10:45am
