We contracted with Signature Kitchen and Bath for a full gut/replacement of 2 bathrooms and it's been 4 months of struggle and disappointment. Bad planning, bad workmanship, no integrity. They've had to "fix" their own work (this is supposed to be new construction) multiple times. They left holes in the drywall by electrical outlets and towel racks. I ordered my backsplash online from Cabinetmaker Warehouse. After it was delivered I realized that I had ordered the wrong piece. The shipping was free but I knew that I would have to pay for the return shipping. I was shocked to learn that it would cost me $50 to return it. Refunds were supposed to come within 1 business day. I finally received my refund one week later only to find that the refund was $43.92 less than what I paid. It was then that I was informed that there is a 25% restocking fee.
