Ne rempli pas leur devoir professionnel en ne me donnant pas des documents justificatifs que je leur demande. Ne retourne pas les appels et multiples courriels. Ne donne pas de nouvelles suite à un rendez-vous. Fuient leur responsabilités. Côté vente j’ai rien à dire, côté accueil au service non plus. Sinon c’est carrément rire dans la face du client.
