We had a good start, communication was smooth and we even visited the office. Hamed came over to measure our apartment, which gave us confidence to move forward. But after that, nothing. We followed up a few times and didn’t hear back at all. It’s a bit frustrating, especially after investing the time upfront. A simple no I can’t do would have saved everyone’s time and energy.
