Super friendly and helpful!!
Exceptional service. Staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Beautiful showroom with reasonable prices . Would definitely go back and highly recommend.
Everything I ordered from here was a complete waste of money. The basins didn’t fit into the stone. The stone mason got the dimensions wrong and they refused to fix it. After going back and forth the said they would fix it but sent out a completely different stone than what we initially ordered. The basins still couldn’t fit even after they “fixed” the stone cut out. The taps are faulty and I’ve already had the plumber come out three times to fix it.
Purchased a product from Lamex and unfortunately the packaging for the part was mislabelled and was the wrong colour. I appreciate that it was not their fault nor mine but seemed like an easy fix (get the right colour part for me). After numerous phone calls and text messages and being assured they would get back to me, no one ever did. Lamex after sales service has been absolutely appalling. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
Bought a shower handle with accessories the quality was good and the service was great and the price was very reasonable compared to to other places I have searched.
