They had my car for a whole month and then wanted to keep it for two more weeks to make sure the insurance company would pay them. The cost well over tripled what was quoted. And then when I got it back all kinds of sensor lights were on and I had to take it into Rivian for service. This is the only approved Rivian auto body place in Minneapolis so hopefully someday there is a better option because this one is poor.
