My newish Subaru Outback had a literal run-in with a deer, that landed squarely on the front grill. LaMettry had it for 3 weeks exactly, dealing with my auto insurance company while texting me updates on repair progress. Extra parts not initially included in the estimate were approved near the end of week 2, and I got my shiny clean, beautiful little car back on Friday afternoon. They even cleaned the inside! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, informative, and professional.
Chino was great! The insurance company was a real pain to deal with but Chino and all staff was so nice every time I called to get details. I so appreciate the honesty and professionalism.
From start to finish all the folks at LaMettry’s are top notch! I have used them several times with different vehicles throughout the years, and I would not go any other place. Their service is amazing (Thanks Mike!). The work is unmatched... Always do a flawless job! They are quick and leave no detail forgotten.
The team was awesome start to finish. Very helpful, responsive, and they made the entire process easy in dealing with hail damage on my car. My car is looking like new again thanks to their work. Highly recommend!
