Ace at LeMettry's is phenomenal! He is very knowledegeable, incredibly kind, very professional, very responsive, and not to metion very patient in dealing with me and all my questions. He has done an excellent job of explaining the repair process of my car to me. If I have had to leave a VM requesting a call back, he has returned my call in a very timely manner and always addressed my needs by exceeding my expectations!! Superior customer service! I had my bumper repaired at the Burnsville location. Justin did an absolute awesome job on my car repair. I highly recommend this company for car repairs.
Before you use this company ask one question: How long is this repair going to take? Had my car for over a month and they say it will be another 3 weeks for a minor front end collision. Apparently can't get a 'part' they need. Apparently nothing they can do.....(BTW this is on a current model car, nothing fancy either)
