PLEASE SHARE!!!! Today our family lost more than just a dog. Kodak was a member of our family, and truly my best friend. He helped us girls way more than he knew. I took Kodak to @Lamczyk Veterinary Clinic on Sunday after hrs because he was breathing really shallow, wasn't eating or drinking and just kept losing weight. Today is Monday, September 28. 2020, just wanted to say that Dr. Kevin Lamczyk has informed me that I need to find another vet because I requested not to have his wife treat my animals because she is rough with them, I have went to Lamzkk's for over 20 years and I get treated like this, my advise, find another vet that their staff cares for your animals.

I at first thought they were good up until my dog had to be euthanized. That haooendd on the 8rh, it's now the 16th and I STILL haven't recurved her paw prints yet. I have her remains but I've been calling everyday to check and it's excuse after excuse! They got hateful about it twice and still no paw prints. Mind you they originally sent it to the wrong address and they fed me a line of lies again saying it was returned and I'd get it in the mail..well sorry still nothing. They don't give two craps except of the money!

Wow! Unimpressed came to pick up prescription I badly needed for my cow, the road was closed and I called them and said I would be 3 min late til I went around the 15 min detour and they locked doors and drove out of the parking lot with out looking at me, what kind of service is that?!

We are glad we ignored the poor reviews some disgruntled customers gave. We are very pleased with this Vet Clinic. We were traveling with our miniature Poodle when he had gradually come down with a cough that kept us up at night. He became less and less active and we were concerned. By the time we got to Mt. Vernon we knew we needed to take him in somewhere. On the recommendation of the RV park owners, I called and we were fortunate to fit in between busy times. This is the worst clinic to go to in Mount Vernon, Illinois unless of course you like to wait over one hour for a vet to even see your pet. Three times I have had to wait over one hour and every other time over thirty minutes. I have 3 dogs and will never take them there again. Unprofessional would be putting it kindly, they are greedy. They blame it on emergencies but in my opinion it all has to do with being greedy by over scheduling. R.J. I use this Veterinary Clinic, I take all my animals there, I have not had one problem with this clinic abusing my animals or doing a sloppy job on any surgeries. I know they are human also and aren't perfect, none of us are. People just plain make mistakes. I have read several of the real negative comments on here and find them to be a bit disturbing and could be blown out of context.
