Went in to buy a new mask. No RT available to answer a simple question on size. The person on staff, although friendly, could not help in the moment. Maybe having a knowledgeable person available to answer a question would be a wise business practice. Guess will have to go elsewhere.
Kaitlyn and the staff at the Exmouth St. location in Sarnia deserve a 5 Star plus. Kaitlyn cares about her clients health and goes the extra mile! Kaitlyn will spend the time with you and answer any concerns you have with equipment and supplies. The staff at the office also are all very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you have. My family dealt with Lambton Proresp in 2023/24 when my Mom needed in home oxygen therapy. RIP Mom They treated the whole family in such a kind and caring way. Special mention to Tony/Anthony. So when I needed to go on CPAP at the beginning of the year for sleep apnea I didnt hesitate to go back. I would highly recommend Lambton Proresp
