They called me to check in on how my equipment was going and to let me know i was due for new equipment. They were able to book me in for an appointment fast to go over some options of equipment that may suit me better than what I have been using. The appointment was quick and thorough. They took care of all paperwork and ordered my new equipment for me.
Earlier this week, a friend of mine spent some time in the ICU at Bluewater Health in Sarnia. Before he could be released to go home, his doctor determined that he needed a CPAP machine. Hospital staff determined exactly what he required and made arrangements with Lambton ProResp. When we arrived at ProResp the staff were expecting us. The staff were wonderful to deal with. They were very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend these folks.
The Ladies and service here are top notch. No waiting for invoices to submit for payment. Thank you Pro Resp keep up the great work!
