Great team and workmanship. Couldn’t be happier with the work done at my house.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Lambton. From the beginning, the communication was poor, timelines were not respected, and the quality of the work was far below what was promised. Their equipment looks outdated and poorly maintained — had I known this beforehand, I would never have hired them. Even after raising concerns, there was no real effort to fix the issues or provide acceptable customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
Worst customer care I have seen, during the busiest time for Tim Hortons and Wendy's this company is going around blowing dust up all over the cars with a high pressure air blower. Some cars have their windows down, and they are going over some of the same spots two and three times. Cars are just covered in dust. Any normal company would do this when there is a minimum amount of customers present at these locations. This happened at 742 Kingston Road in Pickering which is a Tim Hortons and Wendy's restaurant. This company does landscaping for Real Canadian Superstore in Ajax. Words cannot describe the terrible job they did. This wasn't the first time. Terrible job during winter maintenance as well making that entire area unusable.
