My wife and I where involved in a vehicle accident. We where in blinding snow in the middle of the road. We where not injured and no other injuries where involved. We are so grateful. BE CAUTIOUS!!when dealing with this office, I recently put in a claim(no fault of my own) ; and because I was not informed on protocol; this nightmare and trauma of dealing with these awful, rude, ignorant ppl, began!!
