Excellent customer service from the sales team, to the office staff and including the install team. They listened to our vision and provided exactly what we were looking for. Between order and install was only about 2-3 weeks as promised. Would highly recommend working with Lambton Glass and Mirror. The Morin's Forest, ON
Lambton Glass has done nothing but waste our time. Issue with a new home build where glass door is visibly warped. First crew came out promptly and immediately identified the pane as severely warped. After waiting 2 months for the "boss" to come and have a look he asks us what the problem is. Then says Well I guess we'll replace it just to make you happy. Grade A passive aggressive. I would NOT recommend. Stay away.
Best glass shop in London. Pricing is very competitive (best price I found, and I'm frugal ). Estimators were on time, professional, and offered solutions I had not thought of for a large transom project in my mudroom/laundry areas.
I had a ripped screen. I went to other places and they said 1 week. I went to lambton and it was done the same day.
