Met the owner, not a very nice person. I live next-door to them. One thing you should know is that Parking is a huge problem for the complex and you’re gonna be very frustrated living there.
Lived here for 3 years. Great location with access to Forest Park and the Grove. Walkable to metro at CWE which I used for daily commuting. Management is responsive and maintenance was always really prompt and friendly. Other tenants were friendly and respectful, never had any issues. Not as much noise as you'd expect given the proximity to Kingshighway and I-64. You'll definitely want to use google maps for navigating since the address is deceiving and isn't right on the main Kingshighway Blvd
