He is the only one who responded during the holiday weekend. The knob on my sink blew into the ceiling and flooded my restroom. Communication was good, he brought the right parts. Explained everything he was doing. Very friendly service.
Scheduled a time to meet at 2 properties for Tuesday morning. Called me Monday at 5 pm and was upset when I missed his call and he was at the properties.
