dealership The lot had a lot of great (very expensive!) cars. I didn't expect much different from a Lamborghini dealership. However, the sales people were unlike most car dealerships. No one even came out to help. I don't know if they pick and choose which customers they help, or if they just weren't paying attention.
Terrible service, don't waste your time Terrible service, I worked with Anthony. He was arrogant and rude. I was in love with the new Gallardo, but went to a different dealership. It is worth the drive to know I will receive top notch care. Hope this helps!
great car buying experience I had a great experience buying a Gallardo at Lamborghini Chicago. My salesman, Tony was extremely helpful, low pressure and went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I really felt that they wanted my business as they accommodated all of my requests and ensured that the vehicle I took home was perfect. Though I haven't made use of it just yet, their service dept also seems very good.
STAY AWAY!!!!! My husband and I were contacted by Jim Nuccio from Lamborghini Chicago stating that he was interested in purchasing our 2005 Lotus Elise. He and my husband spoke multiple times on the phone and came to an agreement for Lamborghini Chicago to purchase our car. We came to the agreement of $24,000 with $3843.09 being paid by cashiers check and our loan payoff of $20156.91 to be overnighted to our credit union. When the driver arrived on Thursday, March 24 at 3:53pm to pick the car up he presented us the cashiers ... read more
