Were loud and obnoxious starting around 7:30 AM. Blocked our driveway with their truck. Put their stuff not only in our yard, not only in our flower beds but ON a plant.

They came to lay and bury cable for my neighbors. Because Verizon and these folks don't know where they lay cable, they sliced through my line. They weren't planning on telling us and certainly didn't tell any of my neighbors who all lost service. Apparently they can lay cable for my neighbors and destroy my connection, but won't do anything to fix it. We were without any internet for several days. they were going to hire my father there in laurel md but then the owner of anne arundel underground a sub contractor for lamberts went to the head office and told them that they are taking all his employees from him and that they shouldnt hire my father so they didnt. that is not profesional of them

This company owes me 3 weeks of labor, when I told them that I was gonna call a lawyer, they were like "good luck with that". Such of cheaters.

Killed my grass by spray painting it prior to Verizon installation. Didn't need the location marked since the fiber optic line was already in place....just needed to be connected to the house. They were too stupid to see it even though it was in plain view. Too bad there isn't a ZERO STARS rating.
