Had to keep my truck overnight, didn't get notified the next day about the status so had to call in. Said I had to take it to a different place for what needed to be fixed. Gave a free diagnostic though which was nice

Used this mechanic many times in the last 30 years. They don’t know me personally, but as a 40 year+ rowlett resident they have always been here. Twice I’ve been there with a fixed car in the last 20 years and not had to pay them. They knew a simple fix and offered to charge to fix it or showed me a simple fix for free. Who does that? I work with with mechanics for a living and find these guys to be straightforward and knowledgeable. This is my 2nd time bringing my vehicle to Lambert’s! The first time he fixed my air conditioner because it was not blowing cool at all! Price for the repairs was unbeatable! This time I was told I had an oil leak else where, which ended up NOT being the case , but Mr. Chris found another issue that NEEDED to be corrected. My axles were in pretty bad shape.
