This woman is not only rude but she is lying on my honest review... I took my vehicle out of there because of fraud... yet she in her dialog ... she is try to seem like it's otherwise.... her response to my review that they upraised my part by $100 .. is a joke.. Rude customer service by the woman on the phone. She gave my son a ridiculously high quote for all brakes and rotors.. Also, when I took my Jeep there for a corroded wire to the coolant fan. I paid $270.. We went to another place, for ALL brakes, ALL calipers and 2 rotors. The quote was still $150 under what she quoted him. 4/11/24 Well I had another questionable encounter with Lambert's Auto. We only delivered my son's Grand Cherokee Laredo because my preferred mechanic was not available. It was only they would be done soon... read more
Band aid repair. Should be called tire and oil shop can not do real work to a vehicle. He will just refer you to a real mechanic
Beware tourists! I was visiting from AZ and got a flat tire. I was told by the woman working there, that there was a law in Michigan that prevented them from selling me one tire, that I would have to buy four! When I questioned this I was told to take my business elsewhere. I did, down the street, where they sold me ONE tire.
