I recommend Lamberts to everyone I know since they do such a flawless job. Over the years I have had four windshields replaced and a side window on our vehicles. Every time excellent service. This is why I go back when I have a auto glass issue. Local and not some large corporation giving sub standard service or glass. Had my subaru windshield replaced Christmas eve in under a hour. So pleased.
The previous three times I went, service and things were excellent! This last visit not so much. I thought they were going to get my window working, they looked at it, said it was getting power, and told me to buy a new controller part for the windows and it should work. Well I tried that before going there. It didn't work. So honestly I think they barely even looked at it. (I could be wrong) They only get three stars this visit.
